There is a $300 initial payment due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Charges refer to a cleaning fee, Hot tub fee (if applicable), and a $25 reservation fee. Also included is an optional damage waiver ranging from $20 to $50. There is a two night minimum stay, a 8% county or 10% city room tax in addition to the nightly rate and fees. These rates are subject to change.

There is a $30 pet fee (not included in quote) per reservation in those homes that accept dogs. Please refer to specific home information to make sure your house is dog friendly. We welcome only dogs, no other pets are allowed.
